Sully Buttes senior center Lincoln Jordre has committed to play basketball for Northern State University in Aberdeen next year.

The 6' 10" Jordre helped to lead the Chargers to a third place finish in last years Class B boys basketball tournament--played at Northern State's Wachs Arena.  Jordre last year averaged 19.5 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game last year.

Jordre has played in numerous camps over the off seasons--and this summer played in the Pentagon top prospects camp, along with 24 players from the Upper Midwest.  He also was on a national team that played in Dallas, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Wichita, Las Vegas, and at the Olympic training center.

Jordre's parents are Clark and Patti--who both went to school at Northern--his father red shirted for the basketball team, while his mother earned her masters degree there, after four years of playing basketball, volleyball and track at the University of Mary--where she earned twelve college letters.
